Baje App Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and Baje App ("Baje App", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the website, downloading the Baje App mobile application, or using any feature or service offered through the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Baje App. Simply visiting the site for informational purposes does not constitute acceptance; however, creating an account or placing any real-money bet or deposit does constitute full acceptance of all terms set out here.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, policies or promotional terms that may be published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only — all other provisions remain in full effect.

02 Eligibility

To use Baje App and maintain an active account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Baje App does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing and using the platform entirely of your own free will, for personal entertainment only.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list you have previously applied for through Baje App's responsible gaming tools.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, business entity, or third party when placing bets or managing your account.
• Your use of the platform must be for personal, recreational entertainment purposes only — not for any commercial activity, resale of services, or systematic extraction of bonus value.

Baje App reserves the right to request documentation confirming your eligibility at any time. This may include a government-issued identity document, proof of age, or other supporting materials. Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution. Accounts found to have been opened by ineligible players will be permanently closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on Baje App. Creating more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or through any other means — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided. Genuine winnings may also be reviewed and withheld pending investigation.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your name, email address, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms and gives Baje App the right to close your account at any time.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — your username and password — secure and confidential. Do not share your account details with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact the Baje App support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account until you notify us of a breach.

Baje App reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits to and withdrawals from your Baje App account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time; the deposit page will always show the methods currently available.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly — in most cases instantly or within a few minutes — depending on your payment provider. Baje App does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are processed in line with the following principles:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account.
• Your account must pass identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier — standard players receive normal processing times while higher VIP tiers receive faster processing as a programme benefit.
• Baje App reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request of significant size.

Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction, disputing a payment with your bank or payment provider before first raising the issue with Baje App support, or using the payment system in bad faith are all breaches of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

Baje App offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is made available. The general principles that apply to all promotions are set out below.

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or sometimes the bonus plus deposit amount) that must be reached through real-money gameplay before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Meeting a wagering requirement means placing bets totalling the required amount across eligible games; it does not mean winning that amount.

The following general bonus rules apply across all Baje App promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or converted to cash without meeting the applicable wagering requirement.
• Bets placed on certain game types — particularly low-risk bets in table games or sports markets with very high odds — may not count fully towards wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published on the promotions page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance.
• Baje App reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing active bonus balances already credited to player accounts will be honoured under the terms under which they were issued.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — through coordinated wagering, abuse of multiple accounts, or other bad-faith strategies — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on Baje App — including slots, live casino, crash games, fish games and any other titles in the game lobby — are provided by third-party game developers integrated into the platform. Each game operates according to its own published rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By playing any game, you agree to the specific rules governing that title.

Baje App uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology across its non-live game titles. RNG outcomes are not influenced by the platform, previous game results, or the size of any bet placed. Results are statistically independent from one round to the next. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or game malfunction during a round, Baje App's standard procedure is to void the affected round and return the staked amount to your account. Where a fault cannot be resolved in this manner, the matter will be investigated and resolved at the discretion of the platform in a manner it considers fair. Bets placed immediately prior to a confirmed technical fault are not necessarily affected.

Baje App reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from the platform at any time, including games that are in regular use by players. Prior notice will be given where possible but is not guaranteed.

07 Sports Betting

The sports betting section of Baje App covers cricket — including PSL matches, international T20s, Test series, ODIs — alongside football, Esports and selected other sporting events. Markets are published prior to each event and odds are updated in real time up to and during the event where in-play betting is available.

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on Baje App:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price movements after confirmation do not affect settled bets unless the original odds were published in error.
• Where a bet is placed on an event that is subsequently abandoned, postponed beyond a defined cut-off period, or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to your account.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are published at a level that is clearly incorrect relative to true market probability — Baje App reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds.
• The minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed within the betting interface. These limits may vary by event, market type and player account.
• Baje App reserves the right to limit bet sizes or restrict betting on specific markets for any account at its discretion, including where betting patterns suggest misuse of the platform.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted and will be returned.

All cricket betting — including PSL and international fixtures — is subject to the standard sports betting terms above. Results are settled based on the official outcome confirmed by the relevant governing body. In cases of disputed results, Baje App will await the official determination before settling markets.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Baje App. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and if applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to create a duplicate of an existing account.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• Using the platform in a way that is intended to exploit bonuses systematically, including through coordinated wagering strategies across multiple accounts.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for ordinary player use.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any part of the platform's backend systems without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in table games, live casino, or any other context where such collusion would affect the fairness of play.
• Using the platform or any associated payment processing for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Baje App staff, agents or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse legitimate transactions through your payment provider without first raising the matter with Baje App support.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Baje App reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time. Where a suspension or closure is the result of a breach of these Terms, prior notice is not required. In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or other serious breach, accounts may be suspended immediately while an investigation is conducted.

Where a suspension is found to have been applied in error following an investigation, the account will be reinstated and any verifiable winnings from the period of suspension will be credited.

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure — excluding any active bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirement — will be returned to your verified payment method.

Dormant accounts — accounts with no login or transaction activity for an extended period — may be subject to an inactivity policy. Players will be notified before any balance adjustment is made on a dormant account.

10 Privacy and Data

Baje App collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the platform. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in that policy.

Personal data collected during registration and through your use of the platform — including your name, contact details, transaction history, and gaming activity — is used to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, administer bonuses, provide customer support, and ensure compliance with the platform's responsible gaming obligations.

Baje App does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers to the extent necessary for the operation of your account. All data sharing is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

Baje App is an entertainment platform for adults. Online gaming involves real money and carries the risk of financial loss. The platform is designed for players who approach gaming as a recreational activity within a budget they are comfortable spending on entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Baje App account holders at no cost and with no impact on your account status or VIP tier:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR limit on how much you can deposit. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to any increase request.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to remind you how long you have been active in a session.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from gaming, you can apply for a self-exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting support. During exclusion, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.

12 Limitation of Liability

Baje App provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted, Baje App's liability to any player is limited to the real-money balance held in that player's account at the time a dispute arises. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or financial losses arising from gaming decisions — in connection with your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

Baje App may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active players through the platform or by email. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

Continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with changes made to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
